  • Data Storage All records are stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR. Digital records are password‑protected, and payment information is handled through secure third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe, Wise).

  • Data Retention Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. Lesson notes and communications may be kept for up to 12 months, after which they are securely deleted.

  • Parental Data (if applicable) For learners under 18, all communication and payment details are handled with the parent or guardian. No child’s personal data is stored without parental consent.

  • Your Rights You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Requests can be made via email, and will be actioned within 30 days.
