Refund Policy

Individual Lessons

• Lessons cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be refunded.

• Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will not be refunded (except in extraordinary circumstances).

• Lessons may be refunded if the tutor does not turn up.

• If the tutor is more than 5 minutes late, a partial refund for that individual lesson may be offered.

• If a student fails to turn up to a lesson, they are not entitled to a refund, but a refund may be given in extraordinary circumstances.

Package Lessons

• If you want to cancel an individual lesson within a package, that individual lesson will not be refunded. Instead, you will be encouraged to reschedule.

• If you want to cancel a package before it is completed, you will be refunded for the lessons you have not taken.

• If the tutor is more than 5 minutes late, a partial refund for that individual lesson may be offered.

• If a student fails to turn up to a lesson, they are not entitled to a refund, but a refund may be given in extraordinary circumstances.
