Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Lessons are available to learners aged 18 and over.
At this time, lessons are not offered to those under 18.

2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through the official website booking system.
Lessons are priced in GBP (£). International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
No‑shows (15 minutes late without notice) are considered forfeited.

 

4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy.

 

5. Lesson Conduct
Students must be appropriately dressed and in a quiet, focused environment.
Devices must not be taken into the toilet during lessons.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the lesson being ended without refund.

 

6. Technology and Access
Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a working audio/video setup.
Lessons are conducted via Zoom, with links provided upon booking confirmation.

 

7. Safeguarding
Under‑18s are not permitted to pay for lessons and are not permitted to take lessons on this platform at this time.

 

8. Privacy and Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. No data is shared with third parties without consent.

 

9. Recording
Lessons will only be recorded if the student requests a recording.

 

10. Use of AI
AI‑generated lesson notes will only be used if the student requests this.

11. Trial Lessons
You may only have one free trial lesson.

You may only have a trial lesson if you have not previously had a previous lesson lesson with me through this website.
